By using RankoPath services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

RankoPath provides done-for-you WordPress blog building services including content creation, technical setup, and monetization configuration. Specific deliverables are outlined in your project agreement.

Payment Terms

• All packages require milestone payments as outlined in your proposal
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced on that milestone
• We accept payment via Stripe (card) and Wise (bank transfer)
• Work begins only after the first milestone payment is received

Delivery Guarantee

We aim to deliver all projects within 3 months. If full monetization (affiliate commissions + ad network approval) is not achieved within 3 months, we will continue working at no additional cost until the site is monetized.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide domain and hosting access in a timely manner
• Respond to questions or feedback requests within 5 business days
• Provide any niche-specific information needed for content creation

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all content and website assets become your property. You retain full ownership of your domain, hosting, and website.

Limitation of Liability

RankoPath is not responsible for changes in Google's algorithm, Amazon's affiliate program terms, or ad network policies that may affect your site's earnings after handover.
